The details, without the stage lighting.
Exact exported STL meshes rendered in Blender 4.5.10, without smoothing, subdivision or repairs. JewelCraft’s volume utility was cross-checked; the full add-on was not used as a mechanics solver.
All 103 part meshes are closed, consistently wound, single solids. Raw bed layouts fit the stated build volume. That does not make these working assembly kits or approve their print orientation.
These close-ups are enlarged, not a prediction of 0.4 mm-nozzle PLA surface finish. Source geometry and R1 remain unchanged.
Flying pig
The snout, ears and feather relief are real geometry. Broad volumes read clearly; the angular tail and slab-like wing edges remain visibly simpler than Kokechan.
No print-orientation approval was made in this review. Check detail-facing surfaces, supports, adhesion and joint fit before printing.
Mechanics: Wing/body overlap and crank/yoke interference remain. The wing transmission is incomplete.
9 overlapping pairs recorded at 25 poses, including possible intentional mating interference. Not a continuous clearance or assembly-path test.
No new slicing test for this study in this review.
Kokechan
The original face, cheeks, smile, collar and flowers are present. The close-up also shows faceting and ridged joins around the sleeves; lighting does not remove those triangles.
Do not release this orientation: Kokechan is face-down in the current bed STL. Her face and front kimono details face the bed/support interface. Review an upright-on-hem orientation; sleeves, hair and the rear bow still need support and stability checks. Reuse your already-printed doll if possible.
Mechanics: The sampled overlap is the axle retainer fit. Frictional turning, doll retention and snap fitting still need physical tests; absence of other sampled overlap is not motion validation.
1 overlapping pairs recorded at 25 poses, including possible intentional mating interference. Not a continuous clearance or assembly-path test.
Current orientation sliced offline at 0.15 mm, 40% infill, raft/support enabled, maximum 40 mm/s. Toolpath bounds fit; this does not approve surface quality or assembly.
Cat and mouse
Whisker grooves, ear recesses, cheeks, paws and cheese dimples are modeled. Some joins are abrupt, and the 14 mm-wide cat head offers less space for facial detail than Kokechan.
No print-orientation approval was made in this review. Check detail-facing surfaces, supports, adhesion and joint fit before printing.
Mechanics: The schematic gear pair, mouse path and cat head intersect other solids. The head drive is incomplete.
13 overlapping pairs recorded at 25 poses, including possible intentional mating interference. Not a continuous clearance or assembly-path test.

Clapping diner
Lapels, buttons, eyebrow and finger marks remain visible without color. The head and sleeve joins are faceted; this is a readable toy study, not yet a polished sculpt.
No print-orientation approval was made in this review. Check detail-facing surfaces, supports, adhesion and joint fit before printing.
Mechanics: The follower intersects the figure and cam. The cam-to-arm transmission and bell-crank geometry remain unfinished.
13 overlapping pairs recorded at 25 poses, including possible intentional mating interference. Not a continuous clearance or assembly-path test.

Leaping horses
Raised eyes, cheeks, smile, mane, saddle and blanket details appear on both sides. The neck, mane and tail still show coarse facets and stepped transitions.
Do not release this orientation: the horses lie on their sides, with raised facial, mane and saddle decoration on both faces. There is no plain flat underside. Compare an upright, supported orientation against a redesigned split; neither alternative has been validated yet.
Mechanics: Crank-to-rod interference reaches about 98 mm³ in the sampled motion. Guide/deck overlap and insertion access also need resolving.
7 overlapping pairs recorded at 25 poses, including possible intentional mating interference. Not a continuous clearance or assembly-path test.
Current orientation sliced offline at 0.15 mm, 40% infill, raft/support enabled, maximum 40 mm/s. Toolpath bounds fit; this does not approve surface quality or assembly.
Walking robot
The face recesses, chest panel and rounded box edges read clearly. This is intentionally simpler than Kokechan; mechanical joint interference is the more urgent issue.
No print-orientation approval was made in this review. Check detail-facing surfaces, supports, adhesion and joint fit before printing.
Mechanics: Hip/thigh overlap reaches about 113 mm³ and knee overlap about 49 mm³. Crank/yoke and cam/shaft interfaces also need correction.
17 overlapping pairs recorded at 25 poses, including possible intentional mating interference. Not a continuous clearance or assembly-path test.
