notalightfield · the little toy factory
A little turn.
The room wakes up.
A pig lifts its wings. A little horse leans into the light.
There is room here to see how they move, and how their pieces meet.
A few pieces, a little movement, a place to begin.
Jewelry studies with separate stones and settings. Choose a toy to explore its parts.
Blender studio portraits ↗Materials & fabrication notes
These are material and placement studies. A jeweler still needs to resolve stone seats, retaining metal, material thickness, casting allowances, finishing access and clearance from moving parts. Stone dimensions are proposals, not purchase orders or inferred carat weights. The studies are not casting-ready or printable jewelry, and their movement has not been physically verified.
The little stars have something to show, too. Touch one.

Fit and physical testing remain
Click any piece to find its assembly step, print bed or exact STL. Drag with Grab parts enabled; release to return it.
Drag the input part to turn it. Drag empty space to orbit.
Independent hand-spun axle—not powered by the pitching crank. Drag the propeller or use this slider.
The approach is illustrative, not a collision-checked insertion path or elastic snap-fit simulation. Exploring a step does not verify real assembly.
100 × 105 mm · ≥4 mm rectangular part spacing · 5 mm edge allowance. These provisional layouts exclude rafts and supports.
· Otherwise shown upright; the geometry is unchanged.
The original printed 60 mm Kokechan mesh, unchanged. Compare rounded volume, sculpted face, collar and flowers with the other models. Only study 07 includes a copy as an optional reprint.

Intended profile: 0.15 mm layers · 40% infill · ≤40 mm/s, with slower outer walls and small features. Review orientation, supports, adhesion and raft in the slicer.
Start with mating joints and the unloaded mechanism. These studies are not certified as durable toys or suitable for children.

The files, and a place to begin.
Each download contains the current STL parts and proposed print beds. These are testing studies, not finished working kits. The assembly steps and remaining fit questions stay beside each model.
